I did not know? and the service person explained, that the company had a FLAT RATE? for any clogged plumbing?? I DIDN'T really have a choice... the service person was already onsite, the situation needed to be resolved... I proceeded to have the work done. This repair, minus the $49, still CO$T me $236.02.. BIG ONES. I am still angry and confused.. I know my outcome would be different if I KNEW about the FLAT RATE.... be aware !!!"

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. He even met with us after installation to explain the almost incomprehensible PG&E bill. Informed us on the different type of units and what each unit would do for us and let us make the choice we felt would be right for our home.
