"We found Landmark construction energy crew, after being frustrated in the past from other contractors. From the initial meeting that we had with Charlie, we were impressed. Their values of customer satisfaction and their deliver everything they said. Charlie was the manager of the work and he was on time for all the meetings that we had with him. He was very straight, kindly and motivated to be invited into our house. He came back and took all the measurements that he needed for the kitchen, asked us many questions about what we would like to include in the new kitchen and 3 days after, he brought us a 3D design for us to look at and see how it will most likely look like. It was exciting to see how fast they could generate a nice design. Charlie knew what he’s doing and we were sure he has done this type of jobs many times before. Their prices are reasonable. We wanted our kitchen finished as soon as possible, so we agreed with Charlie to start the following week. That gave us little time to buy all the appliances, hardware, countertops, tiles Etc… Charlie personally went with us to 2 showrooms where we picked out our tiles and countertops. He also helped us to search and buy all the options for the (sink, faucet, hardware and more…). To be honest, I was probably a nightmare type of work. We moved out of our place during the month of the remodeling and we were a little worried that something would go wrong and we would end up on a terrifying remodeling show. Now after this remodeling is over, we can say clearly that is nothing to worry about when Landmark construction energy crew are working at your house. Their workers was clean, friendly, willing to answer questions. I discovered that Charlie visits the job site every few days, but he too sincerely cares about your home. He always called regarding the schedule, timeline or if there was a problem that need to be solved. We asked for changes to the electric wiring after the tiles have been installed. Would I recommend them to others? Absolutely yes. We will refer this company to all our friends."

"Green NRG came to our house after we had 3 other quote. They were very knowledgeable  and provided us with made in the USA product with micro inverters which other companies didn't offer. Using the micro inverters allowed us to install more panels on our roof and reduce our monthly bill completely. It took them about 3 week to process all the paperwork and start the installation. 
Installation took 4 days. Now our system is working and our account with LADWP showing we have a credit of 300KW/h. 
Everything their representative said happened and that means a lot to us. Green NRG offered us a great turf and drought tolerance landscape which cut our water bill in half. And the best part it cost us no more then $500 to do our whole front yard thank to LADWP turf removal program. Green NRG helped us reduce our monthly expenses on water and power by over $350 and that makes us very happy. I would recommend this company to anyone."

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."

"All Pest pro sent someone out to give an estimate.  He was prompt.  Estimate provided 2 different insulation estimate as well as duct cleaning and a yearly contract to keep the rats away.
The process was a multiple step procedude.  First seal holes & set traps. Come to check traps (twice).  The tech that did this was great. Explained everything he was doing.  A different crew came to take out insulation and install new.  Again they were on time.  Cleaned up after they were done. 
We are now rat free!!  In the past 6 months I have called once to have some one check as I heard noises in the attic.  The company responded quickly.  Great service.
In the master bedroom we have always had a temperature difference - cold in winter and warmer than the rest of the house in summer.  When the insulation was installed, the tech commented that the old insulation didn't meet the roof line.  He made sure that the new insulation was to the roof line.  We noticed a definate improvedment in the temperature in the bedroom."

"He was awesome.  He called back, but he was working in Reed field, North Carolina and he could not get to us for a couple of days.  By the time, he got to us we had already gotten the other estimates, and we were pleased with him.  Hampton guy was great.  He was really quick to get back to us, but he had other projects that he had already lined up.  The experience was very satisfactory.  He was very courteous, and prompt.  He was very honest in saying that he cannot get to us, and if we needed to have this work done now, then we need to have to get somebody else.  I appreciated that."
