"I have done a number of renovations over the last 2 yrs to my fixer upper condo and was now ready to tackle the Master bathroom renovation. I got 8 estimates before deciding on G and D Construction. This decision was based on my comfort level when 1st meeting Paul as well as the ‘detailed’ and fair estimate he provided. He was very patient in answering all my questions prior to starting the project and always responded to my messages very timely. My bathroom is approximately 30 yrs old and once the walls were down, there were some additional expenses which Paul reviewed with me and made sure I understood and agreed to the additional costs. My renovation included installing a new whirlpool tub with a heater, new shower, floor and toilet. Although I thought I had a perfect design, the MTI oval bathtub I had purchased was too large for my original design. I thought I was going to have to purchase another tub, but Paul assured me we would work it out. Paul and John suggested another design option which I liked much better than my original design and it also enabled me to have a larger shower. Paul and John were punctual each morning and Paul made sure I was updated at the beginning and end of each day. We worked thru all obstacles together and he was more than willing to comply with my every wish. Each member of his team was a pleasure to work with. Although it took a little longer than expected (2 wks vs 1 wk) and my house is very dusty, I am in love with my new bathroom!! The look exceeds my expectation. In a couple of months, I want Paul to renovate my second bathroom. I wish I had known him 2 years ago when I started my renovations. If you want an honest, dependable, detailed and experienced contractor, give GandD a call. This is the longest review I’ve ever done (LOL), but it is so deserving."

"OK, first thing to know is that Javier and his crew can do ANYTHING - from painting a kitchen to building a home, I don't think there are any limits to what they can do.  I met Javier while he and his crew were finishing construction on a neighbor's home that had been destroyed by a fire.  I was getting ready to sell my house and needed the kitchen cabinets re-painted.  I needed someone that would a) return a phone call, b) be reasonable in price, and c) be trustworthy - and that's exactly what I found with Javier!  And there's no way I'll ever be able to say enough good things about him and his crew - these guys are the best!  They are skilled, they are fast, they are polite, they show respect for my home, and they understand customer service.  I know the next house is likely going to need work, and the first person I'm calling for all of it is going to be Javier.  If you want the job done right, you don't have to look any further.  Javier and crew are truly a testament to the profession.  If you call him, you'll be happy you did.
