Went above and beyond when 18 SEER unit installed was found with a problem that could not be resolved the manufacturer upgraded to a 21 SEER unit at no additional cost and no hassle. Calvert installers were very knowledgeable and made sure everything was okay with the new unit and that I understood how to operate the thermostat. Would highly recommend both. <br />"
