"From top to bottom , best contractor crew ever at my home. Angelo ( owner) was running the job with a great crew. They did a great, quality job. They were all skilled, and able to work on their own. They never rushed one part of the job to beat a clock. They focused on quality , even near the end when others I hired rushed to finish. They were quiet, respectful and never in the way of anything ... very polite , hardworking men. Angelo was always here at critical times to ensure the job was done correctly. He has a sharp eye for detail and ensures everything is done correctly. They were also great at the end cleaning everything up. What impressed me also is the mutual respect between him and his crew. He knows how to talk to them and they respond. I never once heard him raise his voice or show anger. Angelo has apparently spent time training them and several have worked many years for him. It shows in their skill level. The quality of the job and the professional , skilled crew are all a reflection of Angelo and his fine company. I was so impressed that I am considering using him for a major bathroom renovation, even tho I have a trusted contractor in mind. He has broad experience in home building and construction. It is a big plus that you have the owner on the job , from beginning to end. I highly recommended Joseph and sons to anyone!!"

"We had a very large project done: a 2nd floor addition to our raised ranch residence that doubled the size of our home. Built-Well Builders was very accommodating and worked with our budget. Contractor Grant is very personable, relatable, and friendly to talk to while working out all the details. Key is keeping communication throughout for extended long projects such as this addition my family had. Built-Well has remarkable teams who brought so much knowledge and expertise working each aspect of the project. There were some mistakes a long the way. Grant and his team handled them well. Pivoting where needed while keeping us updated. Overall, we are happy with the work. We now have a beautiful new home when we needed it most!"

"We searched a long time to find a company we felt comfortable with and that matched our needs. We believe we found this with Wilbur’s Home Improvements. Everyone we dealt with from the office staff:Julie, Mary, Diana, Silvia and Jessenia, the estimators: Carlos and Jose, the mason: Erik and the work crew: Nolvy, Orlando and Edgar was professional, polite and punctual. I apologize if I forget anyone’s name or left anyone out. All work was done in a timely manner. They arrived early and stayed late 6 days a week and also straightened and cleaned up everything before leaving. They not only protected our house during the work, but our neighbors house as well , even power washing it at the end. (Very generous of them because I wouldn’t have included them, but that’s just me. lol) We had several compliments from neighbors, a few who wanted to hire them on the spot. Overall, we are very, very happy and satisfied with the end results and definitely plan on working with them again. We have lots of projects that need to be done. We will certainly recommend them to anyone in need of home improvements from a company who does quality work."

"Cesar and his crew just finished a remodel of my master bathroom. This is the second major project completed in my home by CSZ (prior kitchen remodel) and once again they exceeded my expectations. Cesar worked with me along the way to come up with the perfect design to ensure all my requirements were met. He is knowledgeable and his attention to detail is second to none. The CSZ crew, Armondo and Benjamin were also a pleasure to work with. They are knowledgeable, trustworthy, and hardworking. They also did an exceptional job cleaning up at the end of each work day. "They have become like family! During the last 20 years they have done many projects on our main home as well as our beach house. Kitchens, all of the bathrooms, the entire first floor and second floor of our main home, and the first floor of the shore home. All of the projects over the years were met with the same commitment and professionalism that anyone would expect. The entire team including the sub-contractors were pleasant, hard working, skilled, and extremely neat, there was never a mess to deal with. Inspectors not only passed his work consistently, but many remarked on the high quality of the work. In more than one instance he has worked for those inspectors. We just recently discussed a project on a lake home were purchasing in the spring. Over these years we have seen all of the work he is completed, too many to mention but every one of them came out amazing. Their list of references are many and each one is impeccable. "He took the time to explain the process. The staircase was supposed to take a little bit long but he was able to get it done much quicker. We had to go out of town and they were finishing up. He went a little above and beyond. Previously a part of the walkway was messed up when he was repairing the stairs. He just repaired all that and included that in the price that he already given us. He didn't charge us extra."
