"I came to the link to share it with a friend who is looking for a contractor because I wanted to recommend her to Joseph and Sons and realized I have not written my review yet. I know is a late review though the feeling is the same :) I met with Angelo in the winter of 2019 - a tree had fallen over our roof, we had damage in different areas of the house including the deck. I will make it efficient for you guys; 1. They worked around my budget and went above and beyond 2. They cleaned up after themselves every time 3. Staff was extremely respectful. No music, or Loud conversations and absolutely nice. We enjoyed getting coffee for them and sweets for late afternoon snacks. 4. They will get the job done the way you have imagined it, not the way they think is best. 5. Angelo understands your needs and will help you get as much load off your shoulders as possible. 6. Clean finishes. Sharp paint skills. Detailed focused. 7. Angelo understands how the HOI works, and all the possible ways things could end up working out, so we were always prepared and the job came to finish under the full given budget by the HOI co. 7. I hired him for a few other things at home. 8. They did; new roof, full master bath reno, master wall, second bath ceiling, guest room wall+ceiling, kids room wall + ceiling, second-floor whole-way ceiling, kitchen ceiling, deck reno + pain, AC repairs, paint outside and inside, gutters. They are truly awesome, it was a blessing from heaven having them to help us deal with so much stuff. If I have more projects to do at home I will be calling Angelo again."

"We had a very large project done: a 2nd floor addition to our raised ranch residence that doubled the size of our home. Built-Well Builders was very accommodating and worked with our budget. Contractor Grant is very personable, relatable, and friendly to talk to while working out all the details. Key is keeping communication throughout for extended long projects such as this addition my family had. Built-Well has remarkable teams who brought so much knowledge and expertise working each aspect of the project. There were some mistakes a long the way. Grant and his team handled them well. Pivoting where needed while keeping us updated. Overall, we are happy with the work. We now have a beautiful new home when we needed it most!"

"We searched a long time to find a company we felt comfortable with and that matched our needs. We believe we found this with Wilbur’s Home Improvements. Everyone we dealt with from the office staff:Julie, Mary, Diana, Silvia and Jessenia, the estimators: Carlos and Jose, the mason: Erik and the work crew: Nolvy, Orlando and Edgar was professional, polite and punctual. I apologize if I forget anyone’s name or left anyone out. All work was done in a timely manner. They arrived early and stayed late 6 days a week and also straightened and cleaned up everything before leaving. They not only protected our house during the work, but our neighbors house as well , even power washing it at the end. (Very generous of them because I wouldn’t have included them, but that’s just me. lol) We had several compliments from neighbors, a few who wanted to hire them on the spot. Overall, we are very, very happy and satisfied with the end results and definitely plan on working with them again. We have lots of projects that need to be done. We will certainly recommend them to anyone in need of home improvements from a company who does quality work."

"Cesar and his crew just finished a remodel of my master bathroom. This is the second major project completed in my home by CSZ (prior kitchen remodel) and once again they exceeded my expectations. Cesar worked with me along the way to come up with the perfect design to ensure all my requirements were met. He is knowledgeable and his attention to detail is second to none. The CSZ crew, Armondo and Benjamin were also a pleasure to work with. They are knowledgeable, trustworthy, and hardworking. They also did an exceptional job cleaning up at the end of each work day. "They have become like family! During the last 20 years they have done many projects on our main home as well as our beach house. Kitchens, all of the bathrooms, the entire first floor and second floor of our main home, and the first floor of the shore home. All of the projects over the years were met with the same commitment and professionalism that anyone would expect. The entire team including the sub-contractors were pleasant, hard working, skilled, and extremely neat, there was never a mess to deal with. Inspectors not only passed his work consistently, but many remarked on the high quality of the work. In more than one instance he has worked for those inspectors. We just recently discussed a project on a lake home were purchasing in the spring. Over these years we have seen all of the work he is completed, too many to mention but every one of them came out amazing. Their list of references are many and each one is impeccable. We have recommended them to our friends, and our friends have recommended them to their friends . They do amazing work, and treat each project as if it were their own home. "He took the time to explain the process. The staircase was supposed to take a little bit long but he was able to get it done much quicker. We had to go out of town and they were finishing up. He went a little above and beyond. Previously a part of the walkway was messed up when he was repairing the stairs. He just repaired all that and included that in the price that he already given us. He didn't charge us extra."
