"I hired We Build construction llc. to put up a 40’x64’ pole barn with 16’ ceilings. Could not have been any happier with their workmanship and ease of dealing with them. Had the whole building put up in the middle of winter and had it done in under 2 weeks. Six years later I had talk to the owner Phill about putting a 20’x64’ lean too on the end of the building. He designed and built it just how I wanted it and turned out very well. I would highly recommend this company to anyone I know. The quality of their work, speed and pricing are hard to beat and worth the wait if they cannot get to your project right away. You don’t have to watch over them to make sure they are doing the job right or clean up after them when they are done. The building is 7 years old now and still have not had a single problem with it or complaint. Very satisfied with this company. "

"Thomas Edger who is a principal of Patio Enclosures Inc. was our contact. The damage to the old patio enclosure occurred during several huge snow storms experienced in 2009 in this part of the country. Unfortunately, we were in the process of buying the house and the snow storms occurred while we were under contract for the purchase. When we decided to buy the house, one of the main selling points was the enclosed patio overlooking the golf course, so we were devastated when we found out it was damaged beyond repair. "After seeing their product at the Minneapolis Home & Garden show we were convinced that this was the right product for our porch improvement work. The guys from EZ-Screen brought samples to our home to help us select frame color and installation method. They took careful measurements of all of the window and door openings and put our order in motion. A few weeks later our windows and door were delivered. <br /> <br /> We did this work at the same time we had some exterior siding work done by another contractor. We arranged to have that contractor do the actual installation of the EZ-Screen product. The rep from EZ-Screen came out to our site when the installation started to ensure that our contractor understood how to properly install the windows and door. "We received several quotes from roofing companies but Steve really sold us on Fredericksburg Builders. Our neighbors had also used them and were very happy with them. One thing that made them stand out was that we wanted new gutters and they were able to get them in many different colors, vs. a competitor that could only get them in white or brown, where we definitely needed a taupe or beige color. I appreciated that Steve told us upfront that our roof wouldn't show as 3-dimensional as our neighbors because of our pitch being alot lower, so I wasn't surprised at the end. We had a couple little hiccups, but Steve and his crew were ready to take care of them, quickly and professionally.
