"I hired We Build construction llc. to put up a 40’x64’ pole barn with 16’ ceilings. Could not have been any happier with their workmanship and ease of dealing with them. Had the whole building put up in the middle of winter and had it done in under 2 weeks. Six years later I had talk to the owner Phill about putting a 20’x64’ lean too on the end of the building. He designed and built it just how I wanted it and turned out very well. I would highly recommend this company to anyone I know. The quality of their work, speed and pricing are hard to beat and worth the wait if they cannot get to your project right away. You don’t have to watch over them to make sure they are doing the job right or clean up after them when they are done. The building is 7 years old now and still have not had a single problem with it or complaint. Very satisfied with this company."

"The salesman Bob Z was wonderful. Once they had some of my money, things changed. They tried to bypass building permits. The phone call said, we can move the project up three weeks by skipping the building permits. I said no to this. They did comply to my wishes. Two permits were taken out, county and township. However, it took over 5 weeks to get the needed permits. Once demolition and construction began (two months after contract and initial payment), things moved forward slowly. Inspections were not done when they should have been and when building was completed items had to be removed for inspections and then reinstalled. Good business?"

"James came from Ohio to do a few projects for our non-profit organization. We have staffed residential homes for adults with intellectual disabilities throughout the South Hills area. We recently purchased a newer home for one of our houses, because our residents are aging and need a more accessible home. James and his teammate helped us with that. They helped install some handrails, installed a bathroom vent, closed off an old dining room into a bedroom, installed a split unit, and tore out a tub and installed a huge linen closet in its place. They were very professional through the whole process and we will be using them for many similar projects in the near future. Highly recommended!"

UPDATE-6/6/15:

We used this company in the past for a roofing job that has since gone wrong, without appropriate follow-up or resolution from Bazell Maintenance & Remodeling. The door portion of the job in this review was originally very good, but as of now, you can hardly get the door open without yanking the knob off. I have yet to receive any resolution on this issue, either."
