"This is the first online review I've ever written -- my experience with this company was that bad. Three aspects that deserve attention: 1) I placed an order and tried to cancel six minutes later. Turns out they don't accept cancellations. 2) I couldn't find a phone number, so I had to work the return/refund by email. The exchange was painful -- so unhelpful I felt like I was interacting with a bad chatbot. 3) I ended up eating shipping costs (expected) and got hit for a 50% restocking fee (unexpected) because I refused the package instead of paying to ship it back. Didn't matter that it went to the correct address, was clearly labeled, and had prior return authorization. So I ended up with a $21 refund on a $60 order, and a lesson learned about where not to buy appliance parts."

"Outstanding, very professional service. Two different technicians worked on our refrigerator, and got it running again. Unfortunately, age eventually caught up with the unit, and we had to replace it. Still, I have no regrets, and will definitely hire Harris TV and Appliance again."

"John responded promptly and he came out and gave me an estimate. I paid him for parts ordered and he called me a few months later to set up an appointment for the repair. He came out on the day specified and got the fireplace working. This was summer and we didn't turn it on until late October. When we turned it on, it filled the house with a natural gas smell. I called John and he told me he was busy but would come out in a week or two. We set up an appointment and he never showed. I tried to call him and he sent a text saying he was in the hospital. I was unable to contact him by phone ever since. He just texted saying can't talk now! This job cost me Nearly $1,000 and I still don't have a working fireplace! I sent him an email asking for an explanation, as we can all have trouble, but he never responded."

"Tech showed up the next day as scheduled and replaced a faulty evaporator fan motor in fridge. However, when reassembling the parts, the freezer light was not working. The tech stated he had to order a part to fix it and would schedule another visit when it came in. They have been giving me the run-around ever since and have not repaired their mistake. Buyer Beware, trusting them to return after paying for the original service call was a mistake."

"I have used Pinnacle in the past for two other jobs. Repair for my washer, and installation of a Rheem water heater. Today Craig replaced two outdoor faucets and cleaned my dryer vent (which has never been done). His service is above and beyond. The response to initial inquiry is prompt (within hours) I sent him pictures from my phone of what needed to be done. He confirmed the parts that would be needed, picked a date and time mutually agreeable, and I received an email on the day of service when he would be arriving. I highly recommend using this company. You will not be sorry."
