"Dillon Crews was very professional from start to finish. He responded to my job request in a timely manner, which happened to be a Friday night. He was able to come out the next day (Saturday) to install our hot water heater. He was thorough and brought us up to code. He will definitely be our new plumber."

"Rantz and Ben did a great job for us....the new pump and tank have given us real water pressure again. Great company to work with, I recommend them highly."

"They replaced a gas, storage style water heater with a tankless unit. Very professional and knowledgeable install. Price was the best out of 5 quotations received."

"We purchased a house and adding a whole house water filter was on our list. Our local Orbit dealer performed a free water test and confirmed a that a lot of the junk we had read was in our city water was in fact there. Our previous house also had hard water and we saw firsthand what it did to our pipes and hot water tank. Plus we were tired of a filtered water pitcher taking up space in our refrigerator. Our sales person went over all of the features of the Puronics 7000 system and outlined the maintenance which simple and easy to understand. Installation took place about two weeks later and the guys were done in a day. About a year out and we're still very happy with the improved water quality and the system itself works great."

"Bill was very responsive and did a very thorough assessment of the water damage. He provided a detailed estimate for the work at a fair price. My homebuilder agreed to repair the damage and I didn’t need to hire Flood Crew LLC. I would hire Flood Crew LLC in the future if needed."

"We had a leak in the shower piping above our kitchen which caused the ceiling to leak. Mr. Hill was able to figure out the location of the leak and repair it. So far, so good. He was very personable and friendly, a pleasure to talk to and was very open about what he was doing and why. Good prices, too. Will definetly call again for future work."

"Installers were personable and polite. Job was done neatly and in the approximate time frame estimate given."

"They are wonderful to deal with. Great selection, excellent pricing, responsive, prompt, they simply could not have done a better job. My wife melts every single time she looks at the tops. Lastly, my wife has wanted these tops for a decade, since the kitchen remodel. Advanced made it happen! Just forwarded their information to a client for their kitchen. I apologize for the very late review"

"Everything went well. Price was right and work was completed on time and I was very satisfied with the finished project."

"They do a good job! I’ll recommend and continue to use them."
