From 2007, I worked at rent- a-center service department for ten years as an appliance technician on all makes and models of appliances, then at product services for seven years. We did pay for the part and first repair but disappointed that the appliance would not work. He responded very quickly and showed up on time, but it was very difficult to reach him again for follow up service after dryer issue was not repaired."
