They came out to provide a quote but were able to allocate time to do the installation. That was great. Zack the technician was knowledgeable, friendly and informative. They were higher than other internet only quotes but the response was well worth the price. The other companies quoted rates without seeing the job. It's not clear that they would honor the internet quote. The 4 stars is based strictly on the price. They were in the range for the job I saw on the internet. All in all a good experience."

"We drove here from Pittsburgh, turned on the water to our house, and heard a sound as if a hose had been turned on in the second story wall. A water leak came through the ceiling. We shut off the water main supply. The next morning I obtained Jerry Lynch's number from Angie's list. Jerry and his partner came later that morning, removed the cover of the supply access behind the upstairs bath, and saw a broken elbow on a hot water supply pipe. They replaced the elbow and tested the rest of the lines, which were sound. They were pleasant and professional and we give them a gold star. <br />"
