"Although they were booked up Alliance Repair Services made time to come out to our house and evaluate the issue with our refrigerator. Once it was determined the issue, the repair tech found what we needed and went to get it. With other appointments he needed to do as well, again we were fitted into their tight schedule to come back sameday to fix and get our refrigerator working again. Great Job!!"

They did not charge a service fee to show up and let me know what the approximate cost would be before coming to fix my Kenmore Dryer. They called right away and came out the very next day. "Outstanding service! It's my pleasure to offer a 5-star review for YABI SERVICES INC. My LG clothes dryer stopped operating on a Friday, the major appliance center where I've purchased all my appliances and electronics said no service appts. were available for 10 days (!) and quoted me an unreasonable service call fee. I took a chance by calling Yabi Services, and not only was Yabi able to schedule me the next day, Saturday, but the questions he properly asked on the phone provided him enough information to show up for the appt., on time, with a replacement motor. He explained the problem, the solution, the costs involved (labor and parts), and performed the work quickly AND correctly, with the help of his colleague, Mike. My dryer is like new! I would not hesitate to call Yabi again, and happy to recommend him to anyone in need of appliance repair."

"My oven 'OFF' switch stopped working. R&J determined I needed a new control panel membrane and quoted a replacement part price of $818 (which I prepaid), advising it might be weeks before the NLA part could be sourced. After 3 weeks of searching, Juliano let me know their sources yielded nothing, so I asked for part number. I found it online myself for <$50, so Juliano promptly refunded the $818. When the part arrived I booked the repair with R&J, assuming they'd honor the promise to credit my $99 initial service call fee toward installation service call. In the end, Juliano declined to honor that promise, which was disappointing. My oven works now though, so all's well that ends well, I guess."

"Eddy, who came with 17 years experience, was way off the charts polite, and was so good at explaining what was wrong and what he would do to fix it. This business is on our new favorite appliance repair go-to place. I will recommend them to others for sure. Their rates are very reasonable and fair. I so appreciated that they came in on Saturday, which was the same day we noticed our fridge not cooling either the freezer or the fridge. The fee for coming to check it out to analyze the problem and give an estimate of the cost is waived if you let them fix your issue. Apt was going to charge me 160.00 just for coming to assess the problem and give a quote, then charge on top of that for labor and parts. Thank you so much Eddy and West Suburban Appliance!!!!"
