"Matt Skubiz team from Dream Home Exteriors did a phenomenal job. My roof required a double tear off and partial plywood underlayment replacement. His team of very hardworking roofers came and finished everything in one day! Very importantly, a few things really to Matt's credit and all the people that work for him. Phone calls promptly returned, usually within minutes. Start to finish in one day. Took proactive steps to protect the landscape, central air, garage doors, etc... Cleaned up! Did a really good job at cleaning up. Several of my neighbors commented to me as well that they were impressed at how well of a job they did. I also had 1 piece of aluminum fascia that needed replacement which they replaced and matched very well to existing that had been put up about 17 years ago. I sought out bids from multiple roofers, with Matt's being the most competitive, despite 1 of the other bids using exactly the same materials. Matt also has a greater detailed contract, spelling out clearly what's included, so you don't have to guess. Some of the other contracts I reviewed were not very complete, nor as professional looking. He has a very well rounded approach from start to finish and respectful as well. By the way, I am a Real Estate Appraiser for 45 years and have watched quite a few roofers. I never knew Matt before he did my roof. So, if someone asks me, I will have no problem recommending. "They have tried to bully and take advantage of my family but they won?t do that to me!! I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!! They have made my grandmother house look like a haunted house trying to throw rotten boards back on the fascia as well as offering a quick job of repairing the chimney back which was denied because the trust with their craftsmanship is tarnished! We also had to clean the debris around our house and yard by ourselves! Furthermore their general contractor license expired in June of 2025 so they were doing work ILLEGALLY!! AVOID THIS PLACE AND GO WITH YOUR FIRST MIND AS WELL AS A MORE REPUTABLE COMPANY!"

"If I could give Power Home Remodeling zero stars, I would. Their warranty process is an absolute joke. I filed my first warranty claim over a year ago, and instead of resolving the issue, things have only gotten worse. I now have three windows in my home that need to be replaced, and somehow Power has managed to make the experience even more frustrating at every step. Their so-called ?industry-leading warranty? is nothing more than a marketing line. In reality, it?s a maze of delays, empty promises, and zero accountability. Communication is terrible. Follow-through is nonexistent. Every time I reached out, I was met with excuses, rescheduling, or silence. They drag their feet for months at a time, leaving their customers stuck with defective products Power refuses to take responsibility for. What?s most infuriating is that I trusted Power because they claimed to stand behind their work. But when the windows failed, they suddenly disappeared behind layers of support reps who couldn?t"

He resealed vents and the bathroom skylight, fixed a minor loose flashing, caulked the step flashing by the brick, and installed heat tape through gutters, downspouts, and the roof valley. He was professional, efficient, and explained everything clearly. Very happy with the work and would definitely recommend him!"

"I requested quotes and met with a number of companies. By far, I enjoyed meeting with John. He was informative and thorough at our meeting. Given the information provided, and our own research, I also felt as though our values matched up nicely. So much so, that we planned on using EDI services, given the quote was reasonable. However, we were never given our quote. We were strung along by a series of emails, and then received no more responses. I have tried many times to reach out for the quote, and after that, to inquire as to what happened. Again, no response at all. Now, after waiting so long, we have to start the entire process over again, and as it is October, we essentially have no hope of getting a new roof this season. I really hope our current last through the winter. This is entire unprofessional behavior, and I grow so weary of companies that make promises and do not fulfil them. We should at the very least be treated with enough respect to be given an explanation as to why they cannot or will not perform the work."

What I like is he gave us a timeline of when we might need to replace it and also gave a suggestion on something we might want to do in the meantime to maintain it. Top marks!"

When we called and requested an estimate, our call was returned promptly by James and an onsite inspection was completed within a few days. His estimate beat all others, was accepted and installation scheduled within a few weeks. On installation, day, the crew of 2 arrived promptly on time completing the removal of the old door and install of the new one as quietly as possible and much quicker than we had imagined without leaving a trace of their work. A job extremely well done. Will work with this company again as the need arises."
