Although the framework and panels had changed since our initial install some 20 years ago, they custom made new panels that fit perfectly. Additionally, they replaced interior doors and repaired drywall. The work was done on our schedule and done to our satisfaction. Their customer service was great. They came back out to adjust a door that wasn't closing perfectly."

"Bad Experience. Bait and Switched us. Told us the no more than cost of our removal verbally and then said he needed $4k to do the design with us and get final firm contract after that. I told him I was skeptical giving him $4k and then have him come back with contract stating it would cost a big percent more. He assured me “he is not that kind of guy”. Then after the design and a smaller scope he wanted to charge us 30% more. Took our money and we now have to start over with a new contractor."

Along the way Gary answered many emails and calls in a timely manner, usually within the hour. He gave me updates of when certain parts of the project would be worked on and made suggests on things that I hadn’t thought about ( like replacing the drafty original windows while construction was happening). He picked out doors and ceiling fans that were perfect since I am not good at decorating. Because GJP has all their own contractors there was no wait time between the remodeling of the walls and the electrical work that needed to be done. All the workers were do polite and diligent and cleaned up the area. I cannot put into words how wonderful the whole process has been and have already given references to friends. "
