"We hired Allphase Construction and Custom Kitchen and Design to complete a first-floor remodel that included our enclosed breezeway, dining room, kitchen, living room, and stairway. Our home was built in 1950 and was very outdated, in disrepair, and had small boxy rooms that made gathering difficult. Joe was helpful in working out the overall design and both he and Custom Kitchens were patient as we revised the design several times. We gutted the kitchen, took down two walls, replaced all flooring, interior doors, renovated the stair treads and handrail, installed a new front door, and put in all new casing and lighting. That much work creates a lot of mess and dust and I appreciated the care all workers took with keeping our house as clean as possible through the process. Our project manager was incredibly conscientious and patient with all of the decisions that went into this huge remodel. We did run into some quality issues with a subcontractor which was stressful. However, Joe was more than committed to making sure the end product of the job was done well. He brought in new people and went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied with the result. His reputation is important to him, and his desire to make the customer happy is notable and was very reassuring when taking on a project of this size and cost. I felt like I could share my concerns with Joe and felt not only heard but respected. He is committed to quality even if the unexpected happens. I would certainly work with Joe in the future."

"Fantastically well. The quality of the work performed was top notch and the individuals on the team were highly professional and very personable. The lead, Samuel Nelson, listened carefully to everything that I said and then provided valuable feedback that resulted in a better outcome and lower overall cost. I am more than pleased to be able to recommend Nelson General Contractor."

"The kitchen was completed gutted and rebuilt within 3 weeks. Matt worked with us on every aspect of the remodel and addressed everything we had on our wish list. On all the projects Matt and his people were here every day until the work was completed to our satisfaction. When they left each day the work site was spotless. We have been happy to recommend MNB Renovations to our friends and family and plan on having Matt back when we are ready for our next project(s)."

"Steve refinished our living & dining room floors. Sand, clean, coat, resand, clean, and second coat of polyurethane. He is very detail oriented, work met our very high standards, and at a very reasonable price. You can immediately tell he enjoys being a craftsman. We highly recommend!"

"On-time and on point. Power washed the cornice of the house which is 22 ft high. The team used a ladder and performed an excellent service. I would recommend PG Tedesco Construction. Reliable and dependable. Update: 07/23/2021 I was the bar manager at the Broad Table Tavern in Swarthmore, PA. The restaurant is located inside the Swarthmore Inn. PG Tedesco construction did lots of painting work in the restaurant prior to the opening of the restaurant and the hotel. I would always hear our guest compliments the paint job quality inside the restaurant. It is open to the public in the case that you want to see what they did."

"Nick was very respectful and personable. He helped with multiple projects today and got a lot done in 2 hours!!"

"This was an amazing experience, we had never done a renovation like this before and it was due to a pipe exploding in our basement. Not only did Perry and his team do an incredible job, they were unbelievably patient and understanding as we dealt with the insurance company and all the hassles they create. Their experience, craftsmanship, and tremendous customer service made this a wonderful experience and our new basement looks incredible! Thank you all again! We will definitely be using these guys for any future renovations/contracting work."

"Started working with Vince & the PCG team this year and it has been nothing short of excellent. The communication, reliability, and honest work makes PCG a pleasure to work with. The work speaks for itself from interior to exterior. Highly recommend, and looking forward to working on more projects together in the near future"

"Josh and Clint are amazing guys. Really down to earth and work with you on your needs and budget. Their team was extremely nice and clean. Weldon builders completed a laundry room addition and living room remodel in my home and my family is blown away with the end result. Josh and his team were very thorough on all aspects of the job. From time frame to budget, all bases were covered. Upon completion of the work, every detail was gone over and ensured it was the way we wanted it. I will be using Josh and his team again and highly recommend their services."
