I've branched out with the Home Depot and additional carpet businesses from time to time, but no beats these guys in terms of response and installation time, price, and especially customer service (which is almost non existent with the Depot). "The carpet was ordered by the store and was received within 4 days.  The installers came the next day.  We discussed some details on how the carpet would be installed on the stairs at the critical points, such as the threshold at the top of the stairs, how the carpet would tuck in at the edge of each stair and wrap around the bottom stair, as the last stair opened into the room.
