The interior design and structure of our house presented some uncommon challenges for laying and running the conduit through the basement and up to the 2nd floor. The location of the external compressor and the three conduits on the outside walls fit well into the exterior of our home. He was very responsive via email as we worked to schedule a time for his crew to come do the work, which was mainly water tank and heating system maintenance. Brian brought Jim promptly and explained the work. They then pointed out a couple of things that they recommended replacing, one they just included in the original cost estimate and another they added on due to additional parts being purchased. After I requested an estimate, I got a quick call from the office to schedule a time for one of their comfort advisors to come out to our home. Sam, my comfort advisor was very knowledgeable, and I appreciated his low pressure presentation. Once the work was booked, because our installation was complex, Joe came out and came up with a plan to vent the exhaust on the side of my house to minimize the number of pipes on the front of my house. The installation went very well, and they installed a temporary water heater so we were only without hot water for less than a day.
