It went great!!   For the estimate they worked around my schedule.  I knew how I wanted the deck to look but that was it. Lew was great in helping me decide all the details. "Excellent. Doc took the Moen shower control valve apart and found that there was a clog in the hot water valve (cold was fine). He went out to get the part, was back in 15 minutes, and replaced the defective valve with the new one. The next day I found that our hot water heater wasn't working. Doc answered my call (at 6:15 am) and arranged to come to our home on a Sunday to troubleshoot. It turned out that we had an electrical issue, but he helped us get power to the hot water tank so we have hot water and could arrange for an electrician to resolve the separate issue. He made this call at no charge, and was extremely considerate as we had just returned from a funeral and I was, quite honestly, not coping with my home repair issues very well. He is lovely and was so thoughtful, I really appreciate his kindness."
