"We hired this company to replace rotting fascia and install new gutters. The main reason we called them was because of the damaged fascia, and we clearly showed them everything that needed to be repaired when they came out for the estimate. Instead of replacing the rotting fascia, they installed new gutters over the existing damaged wood. After we questioned it, we were told that fascia replacement was ?not included? in the quote. Then the person in charge of the job said it would cost an additional $8,000 to replace everything that should have been addressed from the beginning. The quality of the work they did complete was also poor. Some of the items that were replaced were not done properly, which made the whole experience even more frustrating. What was most disappointing was that when they did agree to fix certain items we had already pointed out, they acted like they were doing us a favor. We were upfront from the start about what needed to be replaced, so this should have be"
