"I contacted Complete Painting And Repair for a free estimate and they were quick to return my call.  The next day, Scott stopped by and we walked the property and he provided an estimate.  Within the next week, I received three other estimates from competitors. Complete Painting and Repair gave me the best bid and also left me with confidence that they'd do the job well.
I provided Scott with the colors for the deck and house.  He took care of acquiring the paint.  It took approximately two weeks for the job to begin and another week to finish the job after it had began.    This was primarily due to an unfortunate streak of bad luck with weather. 
I was very happy with the work and plan to solicit Complete Painting and Repair soon for a bid on some interior work.

"I hired Kyle to install laminate flooring I had bought from lumber liquidators. My wife and I did most of the prep, pull up old flooring and clean to save us some money. Kyle and his crew came in and did the actual install of padding and laminate flooring. They were very respectful and efficient. Installed the mouldings and cleaned up after themselves as well. The floors look great, I am very satisfied with the work they did and would not hesitate to hire him again."

"I'd had a evaluation and estimate from Exterior Solutions and after then not having received a call back or return email (the inspector had also pulled a loose single from my roof leaving it exposed) I went back to Angie's List. T&T came up, noting it had a good rating, I called. Dave and a colleague arrived, evaluated the roof and offered to repair it free of charge. Still blown away by this. A member of their crew arrived yesterday and did this; apparently they've ended up correcting other work done by Exterior Solutions and they only wanted the good will rating for the work. I reached out to Harold based on his listing on Angie's List before I bought my home--free of charge, he took a look at the roof on a property I was considering buying--giving me an estimate and advice. His help led me to find that the sellers were dishonest about the condition of and work done on their roof, and I purchased a different property in Hudson, NY. My home is a 1927 Craftsman that needed quite a bit of work. I hired Harold based on his honesty and responsiveness in helping me evaluate the first property. True to form, his estimate and ultimate cost to repaint the entire interior, repair and sheetrock floors and ceilings, refinish and replace hardwood floors, completely remodel a bathroom, rewire and install light fixtures, match original woodworking, install cabinetry, windows, and appliances, and even assist with installing new furniture, were more than reasonable. Better yet, the quality of his work was of the highest caliber. He has restored and improved a lovely home, and I am so thankful! I have to say that most of all, I am so happy with Harold's professionalism and diligence. Not every contractor is known for staying on the job and completing it on time. Especially in my situation, where I am a single woman trying to restore a second home when I live out of state--I assumed I would have difficulty in getting any contractor to be present and complete the job on time. However, this was never a problem. Harold was always there, was immediately responsive, and never slacked off when I wasn't there. "I hired Matt to fix a door broken by first responders during a rescue mission. Damage included frame, perimeter trim, plaster damage and door out of balance. Also, building owner additionally requested window insert to be replaced with solid wood. Also requested new door handle, and lock. I was doing this to help someone in rehab that could not return home until these repairs where done. Add to this, it was an odd size door making replacement next to impossible. Add to this, I am located 1200+miles away. Request was made via phone, explanation of what was wanted was good, but probably a bit sketchy on my side. Matt addresses this issue very quickly. He listened and questioned politely whenever I was vague. Matt was always professional. Bottom line, work was done in 1 and 1/2 days. Matt sent pictures so that I was always aware where the project was, which was extremely helpful because of the distance. In, truth, Matt's finished product was better than I could have hoped for. Very professional outcome."
