"Everything was going great at the start of the project with the demo of the old deck in March 2016. However the craftsmanship of the carpenter was not very good, boards were rough cut and the gaps between the deck boards were inconsistent. Luis then stained the deck as promised, however this was too early to stain and the deck boards start seeping sap. It was unusable, we asked him to repair which he did, and they did a great job of fixing and re-staining the deck boards."

Since they did an excellent job for us in the past, we chose them to replace another service which was unsatisfactory. They have already been here twice and did an awesome job at a great price. "Everything went better than expected. Price was very reasonable and work I believe was much better quality than others offered. We had back porch enclosed and screened in, they came up with variety of options. The workmanship was excellent and communication with me as the work progressed was in a timely manner, especially with a few weather delays. They followed up in a few days and came back out to inspect again and also followed up with roof repair. Roof also was inspected and repaired without the hassle of tearing up material to find the leak. Discovered flashing just needed repairing. "Backyard custom construction LLC. Is awesome. Not only did they kill everyone's prices around Atlanta to build the same building but they are extremely efficient. Everyone else I contacted gave me quotes for over $4000.00 dollars. Dustin quoted me over the phone by text and on a live call $2930.00 and then I added 2 stairs to the building which only cost an additional $50.00. I'm completely amazed at how fast these guys were. It only took 5 1/2 hours to build and clean up. Thanks guys I will be passing your name to everyone I know that wants a building built."
