"We recently were replacing a very old wall oven and built-in microwave (separate units, one above the other) with a brand new double oven. This required a major kitchen cabinet modification to accomplish a perfect custom fit for the new appliance. I started looking online for a contractor to do this. Derek was SO highly reviewed by so many people that we knew we would be lucky if he could do the job. And we got him! He came to the house first to understand & evaluate the project. He listened, asked good questions & carefully & precisely took measurements to plan for the appropriate cut-out of the existing cabinet. Using the specifications of the appliance manufacturer, Derek did a perfect job, allowing for the proper installation of the new ovens. He even built a nice new drawer for underneath, which we did not have before. And he cleaned up so well afterward that you couldn't tell he'd been there! Derek is a really nice man who is thoughtful, dependable & an incredibly skilled carpenter/craftsman. We definitely plan to hire him in the future for some bigger cabinet projects."

The reason I am writing another review is that I hired another company to finish patio. .my biggest mistake. LTB is always busy but I should wait for them. I would never give any project to anyone just to LTB construction and Yuri company. Not just they beat anyone price the most important is the work they do. And they are very proud of it. Perfect! "Chris replaced our cabinets, replaced our sink, arranged the countertop install, rerouted some wiring for fixtures and appliances, installed our backsplash, built some shelving, and filled in a ceiling recess with a custom arrangement, and installed our flooring, and probably more that I have forgotten. Everything turned out great. Whenever we had questions he was happy to answer and provide suggestions. The ceiling work was his suggestion and design and looks awesome. He's provided guidance on upkeep and maintenance. Hire him. He knows his stuff and isn't out to fleece you like some of the bigger companies in the area."

"Very well! When carpenter set up his tools & equipment his stuff was organized & large equipment was set up outside in neat, unobtrusive manner. Trim work is clean, not sloppy & congruent with existing doorway trim moldings & baseboards. He custom cut trim to install decorative blocks & quarter rounds, and pieces in place rather than nailing which looks smooth & clean. I am pleased with the quality of the work! Plus the carpenter was friendly and courteous.
