They went the extra mile or three to make sure the work was completed to perfection, even though the pipes were old and fiddly and required constant changes of strategy. Every operation was thoroughly explained and all questions were gladly answered. They were extremely punctual and tackled my problem promptly. Plus, there was no mess afterwards. They spotted several potential problems, estimated the remaining lifespan of various systems (it's an old house), suggested potential fixes and provided ballpark estimates to help plan the future. I can't wait to hire them again for any further plumbing issue. A really superb, old-school crew."

"I had a leaky bathtub faucet because the hot water stem was shot. One area plumber took one look at it, said he had no idea, took pictures of it and said somebody would contact us. Still waiting on that call. Tried a second Westerville plumber. Kind of the same deal. They were busy and could not come for 8 days which wasn’t ideal. Long story short, my man Dave knew exactly the brand and type of part it needed, drove down the street to Roush Hardware to pick one up (yeah it was so rare lol) and inside an hour had it fixed, saving me more than $500 in the process.
