James, the owner of the company, was the person who did my new garage door opener and garage door. One thing that I especially liked was how James would always put his tools away when he was done using them. It screamed, "I've been doing this for a while, I'm fast at it, and I'm good at it." I asked a lot of questions while he was installing the door and he answered them all without making me feel like an idiot.
