"Not much to tell. Plumber showed up and fixed all 6 faucets in 20 minutes. The cost was $60 for the service call and $60 for the part of the hour to fix the faucets. I assume that the the second $60 would have covered up to an hour's labor, but the repairs were finished quickly. Parts were $7.10 which surprisingly was about what I would have paid if I bought them myself. Overall a pleasant experience."

"I purchased $200.00 of plumbing service for $79.00 (special). I needed new fixtures installed for a leaking bathtub faucet, which I provided. 2 associates of Dublin Plumbing arrived at the scheduled time on Tuesday, 3/2916. They walked into the bathroom and exited. One asked if "Jim" had called me to let me know they would need to cut a hole in the hall wall in order to replace the fixtures. I advised that no one had called me even though my number is listed on this account and I had also provided my husband's number in case there were any questions, etc. We were not prepared for holes in the wall at that time and decided that perhaps we should just replace the 29 year old bathtub, surrounds and fixtures. The associates were very helpful in letting us know what we would need to purchase in order for them (Dublin Plumbing) to replace everything. My husband asked for an estimate. Jim was called and we were informed it would be approximately $800.00-$1,000.00 labor. Since we had paid for $200.00 worth of labor, we asked if this would be deducted from the actual labor cost and were informed it was highly unlikely. So, basically, we paid $79.00 for $200.00 of labor and received nothing but some advice. If Jim had called us beforehand and asked about access to the plumbing, we would have canceled the appointment. No one called and we paid in advance. It is doubtful I will use Angie's List in the future and we haven't decided on Dublin Plumbing yet.

"I was recommended by another plumber to have Ty come out and camera scope our cleanout pipe due to it backing up. He came after 5 p.m. to camera scope it and was super honest and courteous. He then came back on a Sunday to clean out the pipe with his hydrojetting tools. We're super grateful for his expertise, know-how using his tools, and honest nature. We'll be sure to go with him again in the future."

"They were very professional. They came out and tried to snake my kitchen sink. They weren't able to do so and said they needed to install new drain pipe. They quoted me with one days work and ~1k. They were a second opinion because Benjamin Franklin tried to charge me 3k! They were beyond friendly and helpful and listened to my concerns. The drain pipe was installed within a day!! I will call this company for all of my drain issues from now on!!"

He worked with me to install new connections and repairs and overcome the challenges and quirks that come with servicing lines in a 90 year old house. He even went above and beyond and fixed a kitchen line that had the wrong angle to work correctly. And his price was significantly less expensive than two other contractors I had asked for estimates. Because of all those things, I had him install a new water heater for my sister and he is currently working on an estimate for a new shower and bathroom for her.
