"Hired Joshua Tree originally in 2019 for a new lawn install. Our yard is small but the dirt was very compacted due to it being new construction so we knew we needed an aeration and seeding to get it started. After a few weather related hiccups that washed the seed away, they actually came back twice over the course of 6 months to touch up/redo areas that were bare. Every single crew member is helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive to all of our questions, concerns, and requests, on the phone and in person. Their treatment reports come instantly via email and are very detailed and thorough. The website is easy to navigate and has a portal to submit questions and requests that get answered promptly. We had such a great experience that we've now hired and prepaid for them to do 2 seasons of lawn treatments and we will continue to do so. The proof is in the pudding; our lawn looks amazing, and we know this because our Ring camera picks up people walking down the street and we can hear them say so. We've been homeowners at different properties for almost 20 years and have used many other lawn companies and Joshua Tree is hands down, the best in the business. Thank you for making our lawn so amazing!"

The booking was easy and the tech was on time. He did what I was expecting, to open the system up. However, while a number of the heads were not turning and would need to replaced, he provided me and my wife with an estimate for $700 to replace 7 total heads!! He said, because we have well water, they'd recommend using heads that include steel, so they are $65 each, plus he added $15 to "lower" the heads based on newer standards with sprinklers. This was way more than I wanted to spend and also $400+ more than an estimate I then received from another company to do the same work using sprinklers of the same quality but not replacing all 7, instead replacing just 4. The cost per sprinkler head was more in the $35-$40 range.

I'm sure Royal irrigation knows what they are doing as far as sprinklers, and I'm trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, but the second estimate has me thinking that they are overpriced. They also didn't seem to want to work with us to find something that worked in our budget, unlike other vendors.

"Chris was very knowledgeable and took his time figuring out my 11 zones sprinkler system after I just purchased the house with zero information about the system. He went around and fixed each sprinkler head and adjusted the programming to ensure efficiency. He then gave me a zones map that I can use for further tweaking. Heâ s great."

"friendly and excellent service, will be going to them again in the spring. Super nice and did a fantastic job!"

"The service was fantastic. He came in on time, got laid out of it, removed the tree, removed all the debris and did a very nice job, he has an excellent personality and really nice guy and I would definitely use them again."

"The job was great. They removed a 60 foot high dead tree. They also did spring clean up and hauled away the above plus the bushes we took down. Very clean. They were also friendly and very professional."

"Jose came and repaired our system with needed timer and rain gauge. He tested all sprinklers and verified program. All is working now."

"WONDERFUL. Pleasant, Professional, Timely. Repaired garage water damage. Looks brand new. Mr. Jonick IS a man of his word. Being a senior citizen female, this asset speaks volumes."

"Rightway Waterproofing is the company you want to come and waterproof your basement. I had initially set up a job looking for pros through Angie's List. I was contacted by Rightway Waterproofing via phone and email but did not respond as life happens. Well it rained really heavy again in August and I had more water in the basement. I reached out to them on a Friday and Albert contacted me immediately. They were able to come out on Monday to look at my property. Jake was thorough and friendly. He let me know what he thought we needed, explained everything thoroughly and gave us a quote which was completely reasonable. We accepted the bid and work was to commence on Thurs as they had an opening. Work was completed in one day. The area was kept pristine and they did an amazing job. The crew was courteous to my family. I could not recommend them more. I hope to have them out again at some point to finish my basement area as well. Try to keep in mind that during the season of covid many families are looking for ways to make more space in their homes or to have to home projects done. If you are waiting for work to be done just know that it is worth it! Thanks Rightway!!!"

"They did a great job. The only problem was that it was very difficult to reach the contractor and schedule a time.
