"I had trouble with the AC about a month after they did an annual service and replaced the capacitor. The system locked up and they came out and I watched as they pulled an obviously old, worn, and burnt, electrical part out next. They replaced that part for the cost of the part and waived the labor as it was so close to the last service. The system is old and they were finding parts that were reaching the end of their life and replacing rather than trying to sell me a whole new system but let me know they would be there if I decided I needed a new system. Fast service, pleasant and knowledgeable personnel."

"Daniel and Humberto installed my new hvac unit. They were very nice, professional and thorough."

"They were prompt and fixed the A/C unit"

"Comfort Solutions came to my aid in a pinch (same day service). I had just self installed a smart a few thermostats at my place, but 2 of them were not working as expected (only pushing out hot air, and the fan wouldn't shut off). It was also a really hot day. The technician arrived, assessed the situation, tried a few configurations for the thermostats and eventually figured out the problem. The system wasn't that old but it was wired in a weird, and inconsistent way between all the thermostats in the house. In the end, the charge was very reasonable, because even though they spent a lot of time at the house, the fix itself was not that costly. Through the entire service, it was very easy to talk to the technician, he explained everything and answered all questions - it was almost like talking to someone I had known for a while. They also recommended another fix that was not urgent, but something I should keep in mind. They were not even pushy about it - but I will definitely call them when I am ready for the fix."

"Will and Eddie from CHEEKY Heating and Air came out today to install the 5” filter replacement on our Air Handler. Additionally, he and co-tech Eddie installed an additional return air vent and line to our overall system. Will seemed to be thorough and knowledgeable of all aspects regarding the installation. During the installation and completion of the work, Will kept us informed about the install progress and made sure there was “no mess left behind” when work was done. Thanks Will and CHEEKY for your trusted HVAC installation."

"The two-man install were very knowledgeable, very neat, explained what they did, and were very thorough. Pleased with the installation and finish of work install. Highly recommend!!"

"Premier representatives were professional and courteous. My HVAC system is complicated with 4 separate zones. They provided detailed assessment of condition and problems and made recommendations at 3 price levels. Installation was done next day as promised. The crew was very careful to not track carpets, block drives, or disturb pets. The workmanship was first class with lots of attention to detail."

"Very well. I was having the biannual inspection done of a system that Estes installed. I have had good customer service on each occasion and am extremely happy with the system they installed, which was a difficult job (new duct work on an older home as well)."
