"Sunny is very professional and his crew did an excellent job. I got gutters and gutter screens installed. Because of the dimensions of my existing roof in relation to the gutters they installed, some rain water was dripping outside of the gutters. This was an issue caused by the existing roof. Nevertheless, I contacted Sunny and he came out immediately to assess the issue. He determined that some extra shields needed to be installed to correct the issue. Sunny advised that the shields were ordered and are being manufactured and will be installed at no additional cost to me. That is customer service. I recommend this company!"

"I chose to have Jordan Hartman, Elite Exteriors, to install gutter shields because of his in depth evaluation of my existing gutter system which had been problematic for years with no success in solving the problems by other gutter companies. Jordan was willing to remove and reinstall my existing gutters at the right angle so rain water would flow through the gutters correctly before adding his gutter shields to prevent falling leaves from being trapped and clog the gutters. For years leaves were being washed over the existing covers and then become trapped in the gutters leading to blockages causing rain water to flow over the edges of the gutters. Jordan did not leave the job until he used our water hoses to determine the flow of water into his gutter shields was as it should be and would not trap any leaves in the gutters. As a senior citizen I greatly appreciated Jordan's interest in taking the time to determine that the job was done correctly and my long standing rain water problems and leaf clogged gutters even with a typical gutter cover are finally resolved. I was disappointed with the limitation in gutter colors, which required me to change the color scheme for the exterior renovation project. They don’t have black gutters, which is what I wanted. The only other feedback I have is that I with they had offered to do more on the overall drainage issues beyond the physical gutters."
