"The pearl white paint had peeled off my 2010 Hyundai Sonata roof near the windshield, and the roof had started to rust in a few places. During the repair, additional original paint peeled off the roof, expanding the job. Precision Collision did the additional work while taking measures to prevent additional peeling, and charged me only the original estimate. They detailed the car which made it look new and were going to absorb the cost when I pointed out I hadn't requested the service; however, I insisted on paying one-half the cost of the detail. Precision Collision did good work, did more work that they had estimated with no cost to me, and kept me informed during the entire repair. For my next body work, I will surely return to them."

They charged $160 diagnostic fee to come back with the diagnosis of gummed carburetors, and repair quote of $550. I told them that was high. Plus they needed a couple of weeks for the repair. They wouldn't budge. Called Mower Medic who estimated about $250 for the 2 machines. I called them to tell them they're overcharging. They yelled at me and told me to come pick up the machines. Save yourself the trouble, these guys will rip you off."
