The workers cleaned everything up before leaving and the gutter guys replaced my gutters to my satisfaction. (they even came back and extended a gutter that I wanted) My roof past inspection with out and issues. PRQ were very considerate of my neighbors, even asking them if there was any garbage or complaints they may have. I would use PRQ again if I needed any work done on my house/roof."

"I am in the process of selling my home, the buyers added a requirement to the inspection resolution that I enlist a specific contractor to perform some general repairs. I have not encountered a situation of this nature, and I decided to obtain a second opinion. I contacted Chris with Five Sons, he was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly, going well above and beyond. Following a brief conversation this afternoon, he drove from the West side of Denver all the way over to my home, which is just off of E470 and Jewell, to provide me with peace of mind. He conducted the inspection and advised me that he agreed with the majority of the proposal the buyers had obtained, however turned down my offer for the work, stating that he preferred that I go with the buyers roofer, which should keep them happy and ensure I have a successful close on the house. "They helped a lot with getting through insurance hassles and pushing to get the entire roof repair covered. Once everything got approved there were a couple scheduling conflicts on both sides. They did accommodate us on timing to not conflict with a toddlers nap schedule. "I called after a heavy snowstorm resulted in a leak in the house. After the estimate (and comparing to a couple other estimates), I felt comfortable enough to schedule the work. Because of getting more rain, they suggested waiting until everything was dry, so that painting and sealing would work better. The work was done within a couple days (it took a couple hours to complete), and everything looks great. I also wanted some gutter work done, but they mentioned they specialize in the roof, not in the gutters, and gave me a reference for that too. Also, the Angie's listing said there was a 25% discount for roofing repairs, but this doesn't apply to my type of repairs - I got a 10% discount. This did not bother me too much because I felt the price was good with a 10% discount, and the overall experience was fine."

The roof replacement wasn't straight forward but Ed Picciano was diligent in pursuing the manufacturer's rep in getting detailed instructions on how to do the roof properly in a manner that would ensure the manufacturer's (GAF) warranty.

The roof had non-soffited eaves and cathedral ceilings so to get proper attic ventilation he had to install the GAF 'Cobra' Intake Pro rooftop vent. This is a relatively new product but it was the ONLY proper way to ventilate the attic without extensive eave re-work.
