Get matched with top central a/c installers in Dumont, NJ

"Tony performed diagnostics and determined that a new fan motor was needed. UPDATED AS OF 08/07/2020: They replaced central A/C moto, it went very good. Sorry that Tony P. had to endure the 90 degree temperature."

"The installation went very well. The installation team, Rabi, Moe, and Murad, did an excellent job. They were hard working, courteous, respectful of us and our property. They explained the steps for the work carefully and involved us in decision making for several steps of the process. They cleaned up after themselves each day. They were with us for four days and each day they provided the same level of service. Our case manager, Rachael, kept us informed each step of the way. She answered questions quickly. Good experience. I would hire them again."

"Very professional installation. Was done in a timely fashion and the crew was very professional and clean. Huge difference in the comfort of our home now."

"My central air quit during a nasty heat wave and they responded quicklyâ within a few hours a technician arrived that evening, followed shortly by the salesman when I decided to replace instead of repair. The job was scheduled for the very next morning! The installers were on time, friendly and cleaned up the areas. Everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable and professional. Interest-free financing was a huge selling point. Very good experience!."

"They were able to rip out and replace my system in under 8 hours. They were able to adapt to the criteria of my basement and found a solution to make it vent in a convenient and safe location, despite all the things that were in the way. Nice installers, kept things professional."

"Top notch. Everything was flawless. From beginning to end , we had a smooth installation. The communication and response time was excellent. We will highly recommend Protocol to our friends and family. Thank you for your great service. :)"

Still family-owned. Still local. Some "local" plumbing and HVAC companies have been bought up by big out-of-state corporations that are focused on margins over what's best for the customers. Gladiator Services isn't one of them. That means we do the job right, not the cheapest way to protect a corporate margin. Nobody's answering to shareholders here. We handle it all: 24/7 emergency repairs, water heater installation, boiler and furnace service, sewer line repair, sump pumps, indoor air quality, and water filtration, for homeowners across Hillsdale, Westwood and all of Bergen County. Honest pricing. Expert workmanship. Strong warranties. We treat every home like our own. Ask about our Home Shield Club for priority service, annual maintenance, and member-only discounts.

"I had my HVAC system installed by this company recently and honestly, the whole experience was great. They’re a newer company in NJ, but they’re backed by a much larger, experienced company and you can tell. They really know what they’re doing. Everyone I dealt with was easy to talk to, they actually answer the phone, and they showed up right on time every time, which is rare these days. The install went smoothly, the crew was respectful of my home, kept things clean, and made sure everything was done right. They also took the time to explain how everything works without rushing through it. My system has been running perfectly and the difference in comfort is noticeable already. Overall, just a really solid experience. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC work."
