"Richard was great! He gave an honest estimate of what needed to be done along with a check list. He did everything he said he would do and more. His crew also did a great job on this hot day in August. "

Customers say: Quick response
"Mr. Dolloff was prompt in his response to our inquiry into landscaping projects we were considering. He gave us a free estimate on several projects. The cost seemed very fair and we had him complete a quarter of the entire project ~ grooming a hillside with severe erosion and creating a parking area for 2 cars. The hillside is beautiful. Exactly what we wanted and better than we expected. The parking area was not what I would call satisfactory. But in all honesty, they completed both jobs on time but unfortunately it was just the day before we got all that heavy rain the weekend of October 21st. We are planning for him to complete the other landscaping we need down and he offered to clean up the parking area as soon as the weather settles down."

"I recently had my shingle roof replaced and I?m very happy with the results. The team was professional, punctual, and completed the job efficiently. The quality of the work is excellent, and the new roof looks great. They kept the work area clean and communicated well throughout the process. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a roof replacement."

"If I could give zero stars, I would. Words can barely capture how frustrating and painful this experience has been for me and my family, but I’ll do my best. From the start, this process was riddled with red flags. During our visit, the saleswoman had their cost from the manufacturer written on a sticky note right in front of us — roughly half of what we were being charged per square foot. Not only is that incredibly unprofessional, it made it clear that transparency and customer trust are not priorities here. It took weeks just to get our order processed because I couldn’t get anyone to return my calls. When we finally got a delivery timeline, we were told three weeks. Since we were flooring our entire house, we had to move everything out — a massive inconvenience. But three weeks came and went. No flooring. Eventually, we were told the materials had arrived… but were sitting in their warehouse, and all their trucks were booked for another two weeks. This delay forced us to put our belongings into storage during an already stressful move. When the flooring finally arrived, some of it was damaged — despite being told there was a “vigorous inspection process.” On top of that, the sales team had advised us to order the wrong stair pieces. And guess what? No returns. So now we’re stuck with over $1,000 worth of stair parts we can’t even use. Every time I contacted the sales staff, I got the same runaround — excuses for the delays, no accountability for the damaged product, and no help with the incorrect order. Then, to top it all off, they shipped additional stair pieces we had agreed to pay for, but instead of simply charging the card they already had on file, they called me twice while I was out of the country on a business trip. I missed the calls, and now they’re threatening to send it to collections — over their own billing failure. This entire experience has been disorganized, unprofessional, and frankly predatory. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Shop elsewhere if you value your time, money, and sanity."

"The travertine marble on our fireplace surround had cracked under its own weight and was pulling away from the wall. Superior gave the lowest quote and also had great reviews so we gave them a shot. The whole process was pleasant and painless - We were able to pick from any remnant they had on hand and found a nice honed granite. They told us it would unfortunately not be done until after the new year. Bill came out to do the template and asked if we were having Christmas dinner at our house - I said yes, and he said he would see if they can squeeze us in before the Holiday. Sure enough we got an appointment for Dec 18th. The installers were super friendly and nice - They got the job completed in a couple hours and it looks beautiful. There was no mess at all and everything looks great. I would call Superior again in a heartbeat."

"Jason Kirby and crew did an excellent job, with fine craftsmanship and attention to detail. This job was to replace a stucco and half timber exterior wall on a historic 1920's English Tudor, so that it matched the detailing and craftsmanship to the rest of the house. Jason assembled a highly skilled team. They competed the job on schedule, Jason communicated regularly about status and next steps, and I couldn't be happier with the result (looks original to the house). Jason's fees are very reasonable, and I would recommend him for any job involving masonry, having worked with him in the past on brickwork as well."

"We highly recommend Madrona Bros. and have worked with them since an initial landscaping design/construction project at our current home back in 2016. From the first contact and continued engagement with Marcelo and his team, we have always felt that they provide proactive communication, transparent assessments/estimates, timely service and proactive follow up. We have not only been impressed by the consistent quality of work performed, but with their customer service over the years. They actively listen to our requests, have been flexible to address our needs, and quick to remedy if any issues arise. They want to get it right just as much as we do. From the build of a decorative stone retaining wall and cobble bed boarders, to design and planning of multiple beds, to weekly maintenance and spring/fall cleanups, and even to sub-contracting of work as needed, we have always been happy with what we get over the years Marcelo and team. We are sticklers about how our landscape looks and so are our partners at Madrona Bros. We are thankful for finding Marcelo, Vincent, Tom and the rest of the team there."
