"Bob Thompson is a man of his word. he met with my mother and I to talk about a small job to replace the (very steep) stairs into my mom's mobile home with a more gradual (i.e., shorter risers) set of stairs, less prone to cause falls for my 88 year old mother. He already had several jobs going and I know he didn't really want the hassle of our little job, but he came through for us with flying colors. And what a high quality job it was too!
