"This the second fence I have had SP Fence install. They did an excellent job on this fence just like they did on the first fence. The first fence is now 7 years old and still looks great. They did 2 maintenance visits on the first fence and both were great. If I need a third fence in the future I am definitely calling SP Fence, nice people, quality work, good price."

"Requested an appointment for a quote for replacing a 20-year-old inherited system that was failing but limping along. Before the scheduled date, the system completely failed. Called Ibbotson, and they were able to move my appointment up to the following day. Rich was on time, thorough, and gave us a very good quote. He called to verify stock on the unit we needed, and was able to schedule a team for install the next day. Install team was on time and very professional. They took good care to make sure they didn't damage our house or floors. Advised on everything they were doing, and why it was important. Hauled everything away efficiently. No attempts to upsell to things we didn't request/need. Gave great advice on how to keep the system running smoothly for years. On the one very minor "damage" item (leaked a small amount of oil on driveway), they called my attention to it, cleaned it up with a drying compound, and advised on how to make it gone. They could have ignored this/hoped I wouldn't notice. Appreciate the professionalism. Could not have had a better experience. Great team effort between sales office, estimator, install crew."

I had an issue with a latch in the kitchen, and they came over very quickly to fix it at no charge. I highly recommend these guys if you need to childproof your home but don't have a lot of time to take care of it yourself."

They installed interior doors, recaulked my tub & refinished my wood floors & installed new trim. "We hired Design Invention to remodel an outdated Master Bathroom. We contacted a total of 6 contractors to get estimates on the work. We found that most of the estimates fell into one of two categories. Some contractors were pushing us towards specific design choices beyond what we originally wanted. These contractor were all the most expensive and were insistent on making the material choices through their suppliers. The other set of contractors provided little feedback on suggestions on what to do or not do. They seemed to be ready to come in do the work and get paid. The thing we found with Peter was that he was the only contractor we contacted who understood what we wanted but also was willing to make useful suggestions on things we had not considered and at a cost that would not push our job way over our budget. Peter also was very flexible with letting us pick our own materials and contacted us to his suppliers for contractor discount. In the end, we used a combination of material from Peter's suppliers, Home Depot, and Amazon. Overall, Peter was always very mindful of costs related to material and additional work and was never pushy to force us to pick one option over another. After agreeing to his estimate, it took about 3 months to get on his schedule to do the work. Once the work started, it took about 2 weeks to complete which was within scope of Peter's estimate when we discussed the work. Each day at least one worker would come and make progress. On some days (demolition, install tub, etc), additional workers came but overall there was never any day that progress was not being made. In addition to the main worker, there were specialist that came in for various parts of the job (tile person, plumbers, shower glass, granite countertop). All of them seemed to be professional and took care to clean up and minimize the mess. Overall, we were very satisfied with the remodel. There were a few minor issues but Peter was very responsive in getting them resolved. We found working with Peter a very good experience. He was knowledgeable, offered good suggestions, was mindful of costs, and very responsive. We will keep Design Invention in mind for remodels of our other bathrooms and kitchen in the future."

"Fence was installed on my neighbors property. They had to come out again pull two sides of Fence up and put them on my property. The posts on both gates have raised up and now I have trouble opening my gates. I?m gonna have to get another fence company out to fix my gates because I wouldn?t even want them coming out here and touching anything because I know they would screw it up again. "
