The technician, Micah S., didn't just "assume" what was causing the problem but conducted a thorough inspection of the lines inside and outside the house. He showed me the cause of the problem, suggested a couple of options, we agreed on a price, and he got straight to work. When finished he used his camera to show all the lines were clear, cleaned up after himself, and thanked me for choosing Mr. Rooter. I highly recommend this company! "
