Travis responded almost immediately upon choosing him as one of the plumbing services near me. He came over that night, and then returned the next morning at 8 AM. "Installed washer and dryer and installed an extension to the gas line. The workers did not remove the shipping bolts from washer. I had to do it myself later that night after the machine was clanking and hopping around like crazy during the spin cycle. Called in to complain and the owner apologized and gave me a partial reimbursement. Owner was nice and very apologetic but if you're name has "install" in it and you don't know to remove those shipping bolts when installing a washer, that's a big problem."

"We initially thought that there was a leak in the line for which a quote was provided. Once the line was uncovered to repair the leak it was discovered that the entire line (lead pipe which had been installed when the house was built in 1967) was corroded and would probably continue to spring leaks even after the first was repaired. The contractor recommended that the entire line be replaced although he was more than willing to repair only the leak for the initial estimate of $195. I agreed with his recommendation.
The repair was expected to take several days so the contractor ran a temporary supply line to the house so that we would not be without water.
We were totally satisfied with the work that was completed and that the employees were professional and courteous.
