"I will say the gentleman I dealt with from Cronkhite was very personable and professional. We met twice - once for him to look at the deck and take measurements, and again a week or so later so he could give me the price quote - and he was on time, or close to on time, for both appointments. For me this was strictly an issue with pricing. I wanted a cover over my approximately 10x12 deck. He provided me with a quote of $6,224 for an aluminum cover (this included rain gutters, etc. - it would have been a very nice cover judging from the photo examples he showed me). But 4 years ago a metal roof for my entire house installed by Sundown Exteriors was only $8,955. Granted, I don't have a huge house - two bedroom, one bath, one story - but I just couldn't justify spending almost 70% of the cost of my entire roof for a deck cover. But if you have the money to spend, I'm sure they do very nice work."

"Although kitchen cabinet work was my most recent project, I have used Chuck Milliman, Jr. over the past year for numerous other projects involved in the rehab of my 106 yr old house. He has placed/ framed in a new awning window in a bedroom, adding cedar shingles to the outside as needed, as well as placed and framed a window, where there was none, in my dining room. He has structurally stabilized my front porch along with replacing tongue-and-groove decking and helped with much smaller jobs of adding locks and door adjustments. No matter the job, his workmanship has always been exceptional and his pricing per project has always been fair and competitive. My cabinet project consisted of removal and repair/rebuild of my kitchen cabinets due to years of water damage. He also needed to replace part of the sub floor due to the same water damage. "Joe and his crew did an awesome job on tearing out my old bathtub/shower combo and replacing it with a new one. They also finished the drywall above the tub, installed trim around the ceiling, and installed baseboards throughout the bathroom. He was very prompt, easy to work with, and did a great job keeping in touch with me throughout the process. The work they did was exactly what I needed and I am very happy with the end result."

Wonderful job on both the painting for the development, and the staining of my deck. Probably the best quality painting that we have ever had in our development. From the beginning, the work, work order, estimate process, etc. was handled in a top knotch way. I have had a number of contacts with the company's owner, Colby, and he has shown himself to operate a well run company.He is very businesslike, returns calls promptly, and has people there when he promises.  I also had dealt quite a bit with Josh, who directly supervised the overall process. Josh is very cooperative, understanding, and very helpful. He always came through on his committments, and it made for a very pleasant experience.

The painting crew, led by Arturo, was by far the best group of painters we have used. I got many comments from other homewoners in the development who were very impressed with their work. They are meticulous in what they do, and the final product shows it.
