"Since day one, Deybi and his crew have been able to solve any electrical problems I've had and provide efficient and effective solutions at a proactive level, long term result. First time working with them was due to our previous preferred electrical contractor failing to help with complex electrical problems at a commercial space (office space), so after some looking we found DBG Electric. They were able to help with setting up light switch wiring, installing cubicle receptacles and replacing fluorescent light ballast along with breakers. At another commercial site, we needed help with installation of power packs, emergency lights and flood lights. All of these were installed in a high ceiling area, which was no problem for DBG. They've also helped with lighting a my personal residence, ranging from kitchen light replaced with LEDs to recess lighting needed in the basement. "Shah was very professional and took the time to explain what needed to be done. I don’t live on the property. He took it upon himself to reach out to the building manager and tenant to make sure electric was off during the work and my tenant was comfortable. There was a slight hiccup when it was realized that the new panel needed to be moved. Shah took the executive decision to wait a few more days to consult with me on the new placement and the aesthetic of the box. I appreciated that a lot. They were able to move it to the dining room wall but build a molding around it so it came out looking really nice! They fixed the drywall and painted too. I didn’t have to do anything. Shah saved the day and made everything look nice. There was no damage to my property and everything was cleaned. Prices were reasonable and the job was done professionally and aesthetically pleasing. "On June 10, I had a company to install security equipment in my home. In doing so, the installer drilled through a wire and I did not have electricity in several outlets due to the damage. Since the company did not have an electrician on staff and was unable to refer me to anyone, I turned to Angie’s List for help in finding someone to correct the problem. I called Hands on Electric on June 11 and spoke to the owner, Kevin Williams. I explained my problem to Mr. Williams and he gave me a window of time in which he would be able to come out. Not only was he able to come out the same day that I called, but Mr. Williams was able to come much earlier than expected. Once he arrived he was able to trouble shoot and diagnose the problem. Mr. Williams was very, very friendly, professional and honest. He was able to answer my husband’s questions and explained what he was doing as he made the repairs. My husband was very happy about that and we were both impressed by the years of experience Mr. Williams had for his age. I have been looking for an electrician for a while now and have decided that I will be using Hands on Electric for all of my future projects.
