Since I knew exactly what needed to be replaced he was able to give me a quote over the phone. The plastic, original to house, pressure reducing valve was leaking and I knew the old twisty shut off valves were shot. He was very specific that he only used all brass valves for replacement parts. Gave me a realistic expectation when he would arrive. Pouring rain and Northern VA traffic on days like this and he was here like he stated.
