"Cedric and his crew from Design Exteriors returned to our home this summer to install plants and stones in the new planter bed he designed for us late last summer / early Fall. His crew also installed some additional irrigation in both the front and back yards. Finally, they put in additional plants in another part of our front yard and backyard so that the beds would look fuller. We love the results. Cedric always has several ideas of different plants to pick from and likes to coordinate colors and blooming times so everything is aesthetically pleasing. He even goes so far as ensuring there is some color in Fall / Winter. Cedric has a wonderful crew of men working for him. They are kind, professional, hard-working and detail oriented. I felt totally comfortable having them around. If you are interested in personalized service, well thought out and unique designs, then Cedric (Design Exteriors) is the person you want to work with. "Rich Che and the CNS Empire Landscape crew did fabulous improvements on our family home in Wheat Ridge. They corrected drainage on three sides of an addition so water flows away from the house instead of into the crawlspace; replaced 30 feet of exit pipe from the perimeter drain around the foundation of the addition; installed new sod; and removed weeds from landscaped rock areas in the front yard. The improvements look great. Shortly afterwards, I engaged an inspector to check the foundation. The inspector said he visits about 400 houses each year, and this drainage remediation is among the best he’s seen."
