"Appliance repair specialist helped us all the way through our project. Brandon did an amazing job with our repair!"

"I cannot recommend this appliance repairman highly enough! When my refrigerator suddenly stopped working, I was stressed about losing all my food and facing a costly replacement. He arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem quickly, and got straight to work. His expertise and professionalism were evident from the moment he walked in — he explained exactly what was wrong and what he needed to do to fix it, keeping me informed every step of the way. The repair was completed efficiently and at a fair price, and my refrigerator has been running perfectly ever since. If you’re looking for someone honest, skilled, and reliable to handle your appliance repairs, look no further — this is your guy!"

"Overall experience was positive. The diagnosis was good and only required a $15 part that was able to install myself. My frig is working great. While my total cost for the repair was $80 which included the $35 diagnostic fee, the lowest other price quote was over $400. I am very pleased with this new type of appliance repair. I will be recommending this my family and friends."

"Diagnostic through repair - the technician was communicative, efficient, respectful and VERY tidy. The cost of the repair was reasonable, I would definitely work with this company again on any/all of my appliance repair needs."

"There was some confusion from both my home warranty company and Appliance Repair Specialists concerning whether the two companies had a working agreement or not. Eventually, things got sorted out and the work was completed. This added several days to the time needed to get the repair completed. There was also some confusion on ARS' part about getting parts ordered once the diagnosis was complete. This added a few days as well. The fieldwork itself was quick, efficient and very professional. Brandon stayed in contact with me with updates as they were available. He arrived when he said he would and completed the actual repair in less time than originally estimated. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I will call on Appliance Repair Specialists should I have need of their services again. My advice to a prospective new customer: verify that your home warranty company actually has a working arrangement with ARS before initiating a repair service. For ARS: When a prospective new customer says they have a home warranty, verify that the warranty company has you in their system and can assign the job to you directly. Mine (2-10) did not, which added time and extra work for all parties to get sorted out."

"I have used Jesse twice now, once for dryer repair and recently again for washing machine repair. His work is excellent, efficient, professional, and priced fairly. Communication and coordination of appointments also very easy and timely, something this single mom appreciates greatly! My JessDoIt business card is the most important thing on my refrigerator and will be the first number I call when the next appliance inevitably starts to act up."

"Appliance repair specialist helped us all the way through our project. Brandon did an amazing job with our repair!"

"Yesterday Andrey came to my house to fix one problem with our oven and he ended up fixing two problems. He was on-time and also called ahead to make sure I would be home. He asked if he should take off his shoes before he came into our home. Audrey was thorough and clearly knows appliances. He charged me a fair rate. I WILL NEVER USE ANY OTHER APPLIANCE REPAIR COMPANY. Audrey is fantastic."

"Jess and his wife were amazing. Great customer service. Got out to look at my washer next day and identified what was wrong quickly. Will defintely call him for future repairs! Thank you!!"
