The gentleman who reviewed my home and the work that needed to be done used no pushy sales tactics, came up with quotes for several different options and price tiers, and was actually informed and experienced regarding the work to be done. This standard held for every person I met from their staff, from the office to the on-site contractors. Everyone was responsive, friendly and very helpful. My house was completely sided in Hardie Plank, fully up to Hardie's specifications, replacing some aging LP recalled planking and T1-11, along with correcting several emerging structural issues, including a completely rotten corner. The planks are straight, the seams perfect. The paint crew was incredibly fast and had the whole house done in a day, even coating all around, and only a few touchups found in the final walk-through. The only issue that arose with the project was due to a miscommunication between two crews trading off the siding project, which Duane immediately set about correcting without my even having to ask, let alone having to argue with them. My home looks fantastic, and I can't recommend them highly enough!"

So, I wandered next door and spoke with one of the painters, Jude. Jude said it was something they could handle and took a look. He said he would have his father, Ben, send me a bid. Within two hours I received the bid, which was reasonable, and accepted it. I had the stain on hand and the next day day the job was started and completed. The cedar siding was weathered and took more coats than expected,. However, Jude kept at it and stayed until 6PM on a Friday evening to get the job done right. His commitment to perfection was admirable. The match to the previous work than I had done was spot on. I highly recommend Phillips Design."

Christopher and his team replaced the damaged panels, wrapped my house, put on HP lap siding, and painted it. The trim was perfect and they repainted the gutters. I got to pick my custom colors and he painted everything. I am so happy with how my house looks. Oh and he did it for $10,000 less than all other quotes. Same quality materials same skilled labor, just for less. Christopher's quote was low pressure, he communicated clearly though email and his team was super friendly and nice."
