"Installed our system 6 years ago, the system has worked well since install. I would just say get everything in writing and make sure to ask what the life time warranty means. Also check on when they can do you turn on and turn off they are very limited! Where we live they only do one specific day per week so if you cannot be home on that day you will be in trouble twice a year to be home for them."

"Overall it went well, but it there was little communication regarding when the project would start and what time they would be on site each day. We had to coordinate working from home and it proved difficult not knowing when to expect them. The work typically started at 10:30am and ended by 4:00pm each day. The project took about 5 days for a fairly simple patio and step from a patio door. The quality of the work and materials were outstanding and I would recommend this company, as long as you aren't under a time constraint to complete the project."
