"BEWARE!! YOU WILL GET SCAMMED. On September 22nd I set an appointment with TIP TOP to replace my garage door opener that failed. My opener was a LIFTMASTER 8587WL. On Monday September 23rd, Angelo came out to look at the Opener. We agreed that the failed opener would be replaced with a LIFTMASTER 85870 3/4 hp opener. Today while I was at work Angelo came to install the opener. When I got home I went to look at the new opener. Angelo had installed a USED LIFTMASTER 8580 WLB that was made On October 15, 2019 and has since been discontinued. How this man was able to get away with installing a used discontinued opener that was made 5 years ago is beyond unacceptable. This complaint doesnt even scratch the surface of Angelo also damaging my fgarage door with his scale. I want a full refund of $1,227.63 I have attached 2 photos. Photo #1 shows the dirty used LIFTMASTER OPENER. Photo #2 Shows the manufactured date of Oct 15, 2019. Beware!!"

John Patton arrived promptly, provided excellent explanations of the work to be done, and was able to perform the work immediately with supplies from his truck. (We needed a new opener and new springs.) As he was performing the work, he was very knowledgeable to answer any questions I had, and he even set up the opener with our vehicles. I have no notes for John. I felt that the price was a bit high given the cost of the parts themselves, but the convenience and great service took most of the sting out of that."
