We called FOUR total people and Brain was the ONLY one to answer and understand our emergency with a WILLINGNESS to atleast take a look at out problem when nobody else would. He wasn't only helpful in responding quickly but he got the job done in the matter of an hour. He and his assist were amazing in explaining to us what occured and how he was going to fix it. We were along for the ride with him and it was phenominal, the professionalism that he showed is unmatched. I couldn't reccomend someone more highly than Bath Specalities.
