Michelle explained the services she could and could not offer in terms of my needed furniture repair. And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! Michelle also explained that she deals with customers all over the country, in need of leather and purse and clothing repair, cleaning, and restoration. "Work was done on three different days. He was always punctual and polite The workman was the owner of the business. It was done on three separate days. This was my decision as I wanted to see the work quality on the upholstery before committing to any further cleaning. I requested an estimate for the second phase which was acceptable and decided after this work was completed to do a final phase. He was punctual and pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend this concern for work quality and price."
