I got estimates from three places for the job, and not only was TCB Carpets the best price, they were also by far the best in terms of customer service. They gave us excellent guidance on product selection, and they got the job done quickly both in terms of scheduling as well as completion. The area that they worked on was challenging, with a lot of angles and two curved flights of stairs, and the end result looks fantastic. "I know Empire hires many sub-contractors to complete the contract in the 1 day policy . I hired them for a Naghbor that is bed ridden. They tried to talk her into canceling the contract,stating that the flooring was inferior for her Needs. Too cheap, thin & flimsy. She has 2 grown children that are lazy. Their dog is the reason needing new flooring. I personally did 90% of the demo & rehab the sub- flooring just for that reason. The installers just needed to do 1 room. I suspected they didn't want to handle the removal of carpet/padding.The dog was not a factor in that area. They did the job & she is happy with it. I'm not happy w/their work ethic & customer service. Don' lie to get out of a job, suck it up or just quit."

Blake and his workers not only did a fantastic job on my deck, but Blake found a way to replace all the decking with pressure treated wood and still come in at a price that I could afford. They are professional, skilled, efficient, kind, courteous, , and charming! I've never been happier with a contractor than I am with Blake!!! They did the job better than I ever could've imagined and they did it very quickly. They were on time and they did everything they could do to make me happy. I am ecstatic!!!
