"This was the best exterior paint work I have ever had at my home in 33 years. The crew power washed all the exterior before proceeding. The fiberglass siding had algae growth and is now squeaky clean and bright. This work was contracted very late in October, which is well past normal painting season. The George's Paint organization provided a very large crew that completed the entire job in four days. I am so grateful that this winter my home is properly protected. The paint work is neat and I will see how long the mildew additive protects the finish. The crew was very well mannered and easy to deal with. We settled any questions on the spot. The window replacements were done 3-4 years ago.  The windows are good quality.  The measurement of one window was not done properly and the installer did a fix by adding spray foam.  The deck was done 2 years ago.  The deck installers were fired as they made so many mistakes.  The deck install was suppose to be done in a week, it took 3 weeks.

I had a service tech com out to check a deck problem in May.  He is no longer working there and was laid off with almost all of the staff in Gaithersburg.  I called over a week ago for a service follow-up call.  The receptionist in Baltimore answered the phone, as there is no one in Gaithersburg and the phones are forwarded.  I am still waiting more than a week for a follow-up service phone call to be returned by the person who schedules service calls.   I have no idea how long it will take before someone can come to my home.  I am concerned that if I had a major problem, I would be waiting months to get a window repaired.

I shopped windows like crazy. They have their own special window that is very nice and energy efficient.

They scheduled the roof first. Two days later they did my siding and windows.

Excellent cleanup.

They were not the lowest price, but were close. About $1000 higher than the lowest bid.
