As well as affecting the other neighbors because parking is at a premium at this city location. I shopped windows like crazy. They have their own special window that is very nice and energy efficient.

They scheduled the roof first. Two days later they did my siding and windows.

Excellent cleanup.

They were not the lowest price, but were close. About $1000 higher than the lowest bid.

"The work was performed exactly as explained. We had several leaks in our sunroom and they were able to come out and fix for a reasonable expense and pretty quick. It then rain no lie about 4-5 inches a few days later here in Maryland and not a drop of rain was noticed. This was a big project in my eyes as they needed to remove the entire deck up top first, fix the flat roof, then put everything back exactly the way it was. Nice job and would recommend again.
