On 2014 the company changed shingles for us, recently we found brown color water on the platform of the fireplace.After our calling they responded quickly and let Mr.Will Lackey came my home and checked problem. Fastly Will found the reason that the cover with iron mesh of the chimney dropped because of rainwater corrosion. After he saw and checked the cover he decided to make good use of the cover by cutting corroded part of iron mesh. Moreover he drilled several holes at the bottom of mesh wrap,thus prevent from rainwater accumulation and corrosion. He spent more time and made more effort doing that than simply buy a new one to replace. Mr.WIll Lackey is very nice,professional and thoughtful! He always kept smiling,settled down the problem and considered about saving customer's money. Thank you so much, Will!"
