"I talked with several contractors regarding a flooding basement problem, and received a wide range of contradicting proposals from sump pumps to new interior footer drains to various exterior solutions.  I chose M&M because their proposal was straightforward, along the lines of what made the most sense to me.  M&M's price was comparable to some other drainage and landscape companies, and significantly lower than one of the older companies.  Anthony from M&M answered my questions directly, and included additional work such as grading of the property in the quoted price as well as things I'd forgotten to mention, "sure, no problem."  He guaranteed the workmanship and offered sound advice, i.e., not to include a sump pump at this point since the outside work would likely solve the problem.
While $4000 might seem high for  2 days work, the operation was substantial and impressive, as were the skills of the crew.  They worked hard and efficiently - excellent work ethic.  They did everything as promised, plus took out an old shrub (with permission) in order to create a better drain route, and leveled an odd hump in the yard that indirectly effected drainage. Everything was cleaned up and finished with topsoil and grass seed.  They returned on a later date to address an issue with a walkway slab, no problem.  We are happy with the results.  For the first time since living here, the basement hasn't flooded during heavy rains.  Our drainage issues seem to be solved - money well spent.

"Jeff repaired/ rebuilt our crumbling lake wall.Over a 4 day period he rebuilt our wall from lake bottom up using no mortar & fitted the stones to give a natural but safe border to our yard. Even put in a set of natural stone stairs so our older dog could safely access the lake. Jeff works hard & takes pride in his work & price was reasonable as well. We are very happy we went with AJ&J Excavating !"

"Ryan jr came out to bid our project. We were getting several estimates from various contractors. Premiere was able to do the entire job within our budget. We only had to deal with one contractor, who I might add was on time and returned all phone calls. These guys are professionals who do not try to bash other contractors or tell us 700 hundred ways to pick a paving contractor. My project was completed ontime, as agreed. The quality was beyond expectation. We will recommend these craftsmen to friends, family and anyone interested in getting this type of work done to their own property.
